Licence Terms of Use

Effective June 2026

These Licence Terms of Use govern the materials you purchase from Spark Literacy Innovations Group ("we," "us," or "our"), including all Structured Steps to Writing (SSW) products. They describe what you may and may not do with the files. They are separate from our website Terms and Conditions, which govern use of the site itself.

1. Your licence

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials as described below.

Licence type: Individual Educator Licence

This licence covers one (1) educator for use with their own students.

Need to share with colleagues? Multi-seat and school site licences are available. Contact us at hello@slinnovations.com.

2. What you may do

3. What you may not do

Please note: Sharing files is not a workaround for purchasing additional licences. Direct colleagues to slinnovations.com for their own licence, or contact us at hello@slinnovations.com about multi-seat options.

4. Multi-seat and school licences

If more than one educator at your school or learning centre will be using SSW materials, a multi-seat or site licence is required. Licences are priced per educator, not per student.
